I offer online one-on-one and small group coaching (up to 2 people) in a video call format.
The benefits of online coaching are incredible. You get to exercise in the comfort of your own home with equipment that you’re familiar with, and a trainer on deck to help you correct your form and push you to work harder. I demonstrate movements, coach you through your technique, and provide feedback on your movement so you’re always in safe hands during your training.
My training background is in circuit training (body weight only or with the use of some equipment) and yoga for strength and/or fat loss. I can incorporate one or both styles into our sessions. It is purely up to you and your goals.
I believe exercise should be both playful and educational, but I place an emphasis on injury prevention before everything else. Our training is based off your current fitness level and we work our way up to more advanced movement as your form and strength improves. While still having a good time of course 🙂

$170 for group coaching ($85 per person)

- A one hour consultation to discuss your goals, health background, and to get to know one another
- Customized programming based on your needs and fitness/health goals
- Access to me via email to answer your questions or concerns (I will respond same day during my business hours M-F 9am-6pm)
- Priority scheduling at the start of every month
4-6 sessions at $90 per session (save $40-60)
8 sessions for $720 (save $80)
10 sessions for $825 (save $175)
12 sessions for $1,000 (save $200)

Sessions run usually around 60 minutes.
Payments must be made in advance prior to the first session of the month.
All sessions from packages must be used within 30 days of purchase.
Any cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance. Please contact me immediately to discuss rescheduling so the session can be made up before it expires.
