In further cost reduction and efficiency improvement of logistics, unitized transportation and corresponding operation models have become one of the paths. The JITBox/JETBox/TAXIBox series designed and developed by ALSCO are designed for the logistics industry. One vehicle has multiple compartments and can be loaded and unloaded quickly to achieve "non-stop cargo parking"!

The box body is made of aluminum alloy frame and PP honeycomb panel, and the raw materials can be recycled; the box body adopts lightweight and low wind resistance design, which is conducive to energy saving and emission reduction.

The operation process is: packing of goods - sealing the door and locking the box - loading with forklift operation - locking and fixing - long-distance transportation - unloading with forklift operation. Forklift loading and unloading can be used to improve vehicle loading and unloading efficiency and reduce waiting time.

堆叠颠簸测试两箱满载堆叠，采用不规则折线模拟地形，用真实路途遇到的颠簸情况来模拟，通过地形情况测试围板的抗震性以及牢固稳定性，该测试过程每个阶段都会引起不同程度的振动，以模拟真实路途中遇到的各种情况。
堆叠爬坡测试两箱满载堆叠，测量箱体在爬坡时整体结构稳定性，是否会出现坍塌等。
冷冻测试测试箱体在低温环境下，整体的结构，材质抗冲击性。
抗压测试压力机上压板对产品持续施加压力，下降幅度在大压力处下降10%时停止施压。
跌落测试产品分别在常温、低温下，被测体离地面高度1.2m连续跌落三次。
冲击测试冲击测试分为斜面冲击和水平冲击。产品各面以1.1m/s的末速度分别进行撞击，测试产品的抗冲击性。
